Domestic abuse happens every day of the year, and sadly this includes Christmas.
If you’re experiencing domestic abuse, it may be harder during the festive period.
Your abuser may be spending more time at home and monitoring your behaviour more closely. It’s also a time when people can be under a lot of pressure and stress.
If you are experiencing abuse yourself or are concerned about someone you know, reach out and ask for help if you can.
