I secured extra funding from the Government to fix more potholes here in North Cornwall.
Cornwall is set to benefit from £3.7 million this year and £3.7 million next year, with similar funding indicated for each year up to 2033. This is on top of funding already allocated to fix potholes, meaning Cornwall will be getting around £111 million from this Conservative Government to repair our roads. Cornwall Council now has the funds needed to carry out these vital repairs and we should start to see improvements in the coming months.
Now, I want to make sure that money is spent where it is most needed.
