I have been aware for some time that the St Mabyn Post Office branch is currently considering moving its site from the current location to St Mabyn Community Shop, Wadebridge Road, St Mabyn, Bodmin, PL30 3BG.

Parish and Town Council Reviews

The first review of parish and town councils across Cornwall since the 1970s is now taking place.

The review was prompted after a review of Cornwall Council’s electoral arrangements by the Boundary Commission made changes affecting 29 parishes.

National Autistic Society in Bodmin

I’m pleased to share that there is a free event happening this week in Bodmin hosted by the National Autistic Society. The event is to discuss various Autism related issues such as awareness and acceptance in addition to a talk to support Bodmin's Autism Friendly Town Development.

Sandymouth Beach clean up

It was great to take part in a community beach clean at Sandymouth Beach in Bude.
The event was hosted by the Pennon Group as part of the ‘Great British Spring Clean’ campaign organised by Keep Britain Tidy in partnership with the Daily Mail.
